We want you to be happy with your order.
All our products are made to order and printed on demand by our fulfilment partners. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@thealpacaavenue.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Where the fault lies with us or our fulfilment partner, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-fault returns
Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for non-fault reasons. If you are unsure about a product before purchasing, please contact us and we will do our best to help before you place your order.
Trade and project orders
For bulk or trade orders placed via our Trade & Projects enquiry route, refund and replacement terms will be agreed in writing at the time of the quote. Please refer to your quote documentation for the applicable terms.
