What does The Alpaca Avenue sell?
We offer curated artwork collections across digital downloads and selected physical formats such as postcards and prints.
Are your products digital or physical?
We offer both. Each product page clearly states the format (for example: Digital Download, Postcard, or Print).
How do digital downloads work?
After purchase, digital products are delivered electronically and can be downloaded for personal use. You’ll receive access details after checkout.
Do you ship physical products?
Yes, selected products are shipped. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Where do you ship from?
We currently dispatch from the United Kingdom.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom and selected European destinations. Broader international shipping is being rolled out in phases. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.
How long does delivery take?Typical estimates:
• UK Standard: 2–5 business days
• UK Express: 1–3 business days
International delivery times vary by location.
What is your returns and refund policy?
If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with your order details and photos.
For digital products, refunds are generally not available once files are delivered/accessed, unless required by law.
Are your designs AI-generated?
Our designs are art-directed and curated by The Alpaca Avenue studio. We use a digital, AI-assisted creative workflow as part of the design process, then refine each piece for style consistency and quality.
Can I use your artwork commercially?
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchases are for personal use only. Commercial usage, redistribution, or resale is not permitted without written permission.
Do colours look exactly the same in real life?
There may be slight differences due to screen settings, printing processes, and materials.
Can I request a custom design?
You can contact us with your request. If we’re able to take custom work, we’ll confirm scope, timeline, and pricing.
